Connecting Tribes of Knowledge
Academy of Tribes is an organizational resilience platform. We apply Topological Data Analysis (TDA) — a mathematical method for finding structure in complex data — to validated psychometric instruments, mapping the cognitive and emotional architecture of teams. Where most personality testing tells you what individuals are like, we show how a team’s patterns combine: where coverage is strong, where it has blind spots, where structural friction lives. Use cases include high-stakes team composition, post-merger integration, leadership succession, and any situation where understanding the actual shape of a team matters more than another competency framework. Built and run from Oslo by Eric Andreas Helsem Schaumburg, drawing on a decade across psychology, sustainability strategy, and organizational systems work.
